This policy explains when and how you can cancel an enrolment or purchase, and what you can expect after cancellation. It is read alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What can be cancelled

  • Course enrolment — full-length programmes (foundation, mentorship, classroom, online live) may be cancelled by the student.
  • Mock pack purchase — one-time mock test packs (e.g. Siddhi Lite / Basic / Pro / Ultimate) may be cancelled before any mock has been attempted.
  • Mobile app premium purchases — same as mock packs.

2. Cancellation window and refund eligibility

  • Within 7 calendar days of payment AND before any class has been attended / any mock has been attempted — full refund minus payment gateway fees (typically 1.5%–2.5%).
  • After 7 days OR after attending one or more classes / attempting one or more mocks — refund considered on a pro-rated basis at the sole discretion of Govt. Exam Gurukul.
  • Free-tier features (Daily Practice Sheets, free Current Affairs) are not subject to cancellation as no payment is involved.

7. Force majeure

Where cancellation or service delivery is affected by events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, government action, network outages), Govt. Exam Gurukul will offer the student a fair alternative (rescheduled access, equivalent credit) rather than a refund.
