Shipping and Exchange Policy

Govt. Exam Gurukul is primarily a digital education platform. This policy explains how we deliver our services and, where applicable, how physical study material is shipped and exchanged.

1. Digital products and services

The bulk of what Govt. Exam Gurukul sells is delivered electronically:

  • Course enrolments — access activated within 10 minutes of successful payment, via your dashboard at govtexamgurukul.com or the Govt. Exam Gurukul mobile app.
  • Mock test packs — instantly unlocked in the Mocks Vault on the app.
  • Daily Practice Sheets, PYQ Vault, Current Affairs, Performance Dashboard — included with applicable enrolments and accessible immediately on sign-in.
  • Live and recorded class access — available at the scheduled time or, for recorded content, immediately after publication by the faculty.

Since these are digital products, no physical shipping is involved. We do not charge any shipping fees on digital orders.

2. Physical study material (where applicable)

For programmes that include printed material (workbooks, mock test booklets), shipping terms are:

  • Coverage: All India, via India Post or partner courier services.
  • Timeline: Dispatch within 5 working days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery 4–10 working days, depending on location.
  • Charges: Listed on the product page at the time of purchase. If a programme lists “free shipping,” the shipping cost is borne by Govt. Exam Gurukul.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is shared via WhatsApp / email on the registered phone number once the consignment is handed to the courier.
  • International: We do not currently ship outside India.

3. Exchange and replacement

  • Damaged in transit: If physical material arrives damaged, raise a complaint within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing support@govtexamgurukul.com with photos of the package and contents. A replacement will be dispatched at no extra cost.
  • Wrong item dispatched: Same window and process. We pick up the wrong item via reverse courier and dispatch the correct one.
  • Defects in printed material: Reported within 30 days; we replace the defective sections / book.
  • Change of mind: Once printed material has been dispatched, it cannot be exchanged. See our Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility.

4. Digital service interruptions

If a digital service is unavailable due to platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or content not being released as promised, Govt. Exam Gurukul will either restore service promptly or extend the affected programme’s validity by an equivalent duration. We do not currently offer cash refunds for short digital interruptions, but exceptions are reviewed case-by-case.
